Welcome to our Fitness program. At Forged Warrior Fitness, you’re not just a client; you are part of a community. We believe we achieve our goals when you achieve your goals. We know that joining a gym can be a difficult choice, which is why we strive to create an atmosphere that is inviting, friendly, and informative. As many of our loyal clients can already attest, Forged Warrior Fitness will become your home away from home. Our varied fitness classes, class schedules, and professional instruction will accommodate any lifestyle. Forged Warrior Fitness has many faces. Each face is designed to help with your specific needs. We offer everything from personal training, to group fitness classes, to even athletic coaching. Each instruction is specifically designed and based on the needs of each client. Head trainer Robby Buckreis, MS Exercise and Sports Science, CPT, prides himself on taking the time to custom tailor exercise programs to improve each and every client in a holistic fashion.

Keeping balance in the body is the key to a balanced life. Our bodies are machines that need the proper inputs to function optimally. In everything we do, there are opposing forces that must work in unity to create harmony. If we can harness this unity within ourselves we are one step closer to that harmony. That starts with the body; whether we are up and down, side to side, forward and back, in and out, or around, we are working to balance these opposing forces to keep them in position – usually neutral but also within motion. Forged Warrior Fitness can not only lead you, but teach you how to achieve this balance!

We believe that working out is more than losing weight, gaining muscle, or getting in shape – working out is a journey to a better mind, body, and spirit. As is the case with any journey, it is much easier when you have someone accompanying you as a guide. Forged Warrior Fitness provides a holistic approach to your athletic goals.
