This workout plan was developed knowing that you are at your home where you might not have fancy gym equipment. That’s a-ok! Did you know that you can get a really great - and even intense - workout in without using any equipment? Your body weight is more than enough to put your muscles to work and get your blood flowing. But if you are feeling a little bit wild and wanting to add some extra challenges, the PDF provides suggestions of ways to level up your workout and add some weight using commonly found items in your household.
