Blow off some steam. Throw a few punches.

Let's face it... After a long day, sometimes you just need to burn off a little steam and throw some punches. We have just the place for you! Our skilled instructors will help arm you with the proper skills and techniques to defend yourself in a fight or other challenges life throws at you, and make sure you break a sweat while doing it. We create a safe environment where we practice various fighting styles rooted in traditional martial arts, without the structured curriculum learned in our kids' class.

Fight Night meets Fitness Class

Fighting styles will include but are not limited to: Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jujitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Russian Systema, Dem-Mok, Grappling, and Weapons training. Key elements of these, along with an increased fitness level, will ensure you can tackle whatever situation may come your way. Fight-n-Fit is open to individuals age 15 and up and all skill levels are welcome!

Join us on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm for 45 minutes of intense training.
