Forged Warrior Martial Arts offers classes that are rooted in various traditional styles of martial arts. Forged Warrior teaches a proprietary blend of styles of martial arts that allows a student a full spectrum of techniques, skills and confidence to arm them for whatever situation they may face. Our school of thought is based on the ancient form of Bushido, or way of the warrior. For centuries this has been a governing philosophy for many martial artists. It provides us a framework of how we should live our lives. Courtesy, Respect, Discipline, and Courage are cornerstones in the Bushido lifestyle. We have always taught that martial arts is a way of life because it practices mindfulness and adds a sense of balance, both physically and spiritually. When you practice a strike, a throw, or an exercise, the goal is to understand your body and be one with the movement. In time, the goal is to be completely present in the moment and learn how to bring out that amount of centeredness when you need it. All the stresses in your life become much more manageable when you know how to find your center and understand that you have the mental and physical tools you need to overcome the problem.

Our curriculum at Forged Warrior Martial Arts encompasses many areas of martial arts and self-defense. On your road to Black Belt you will learn what we like to call the Forged Four. The Forged Four is a specific blend of four martial arts styles that are melded and forged into our own unique style. This unique style begins with a foundation of Tae Kwon Do with added elements of Aikido and Jujitsu and finishes with Jeet Kune Do, a style created and made famous by the one and only Bruce Lee!

Once a student reaches Black Belt, they will begin training in other interesting styles such as weapons training, Systema (Russian hand-to-hand combat), and Dem Mok. Throughout all levels of training, a student will be pushed both physically and mentally to become stronger and more confident. Our curriculum is designed to provide a broad base of skills, knowledge, and techniques to arm each student to tackle the challenges in his/her life.
