Strength and Conditioning Training Camp

Strength and Conditioning training camp for athletes ages 14-18 looking to build their agility, endurance, strength, power, and mobility over the summer. Each day we will rotate through a variety of exercises specifically tailored to train athletes during the off-season. Register with Forged Warrior Fitness to ensure your athlete is a step ahead of the competition when the season gets going.

 

Sessions will meet twice weekly for 1.5 hours on Tuesday and Thursdays at 10:00am.
There are 2 separate 4-week sessions available to allow for flexibility in your summer plans. If you would like to train for all 8 weeks, you will need to register for both programs.

Session 1: June 9 - July 2
Session 2: July 7 - July 30

Each session will be limited to 10 athletes to provide personalized attention to each athlete and to allow for proper social distancing. We will be following all sanitation guidelines, including disinfecting all equipment in between each use.

*Note that we require a minimum of 4 athletes registered for each session to make the most of the training camp. So share this with a teammate to make sure we can run each session this summer!
